A dated house on a sloping lot, remodeled inside and out for a family that entertains.
What we did
- Built a white kitchen with two islands and marble-look counters.
- Added a wet bar with a beverage fridge, and a wine wall with a coffee station and lit shelving.
- Remodeled the primary bath around a natural wood double vanity.
- Rebuilt the exterior in dark grey with a new entry patio and steps.
- Terraced the backyard: river-rock retaining wall, stamped concrete patio, tiered privacy fence.
Result
A house that works for twenty guests and for a Tuesday night.
