A real estate brokerage took over a corner storefront and needed it to work as both a shopfront and a workplace.
What we did
- Opened the floor plan: reception at the window line, flexible workstations behind it.
- Kept the storefront glazing and rebuilt the entry for street presence on both frontages.
- Added a lounge area for client meetings inside the open floor.
- Built a staff kitchenette with full-height storage and stainless appliances.
Result
An office that reads as open from the sidewalk and still gives the team places to work.
