What we did
- Framed and built a two-storey home with a street-facing balcony.
- Installed a warm wood kitchen under a skylight with stainless appliances.
- Finished the bathroom with a glass-panel tub-shower and a rain head.
Result
A new house on a small lot that does not feel like one.
