The two-story home features a gray exterior with vertical siding, crisp white trim, tall windows, a second-floor balcony, and an attached garage. Inside, the kitchen combines warm wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a central island, a skylight, recessed lighting, and under-cabinet task lighting.

The bathroom design uses large-format neutral tile, glass shower details, modern chrome fixtures, recessed storage niches, and streamlined cabinetry. Construction-progress photography also documents the home’s wall framing, ceiling structure, window openings, and behind-the-walls work.
